Read below for information regarding shipping and returns
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Currently we do not offer overnight shipping as there is a processing time for each order. If you would like information about when you order will arrive, you may email us at: service@posterexpo.com. In addition, once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming this, with a tracking number, when available.
To return your merchandise, you must contact us, by email or phone, and request an RMA number. For damaged goods, we will either issue a full refund, or ship another product. If you changed your mind, and decide you don't want the item, a full refund will be provided, minus shipping costs. All returns must be received 14 days from your receipt.
